What is the patient portal?
The portal has two parts. Before treatment, you complete a free online assessment (contact details, consent, a few questions and photos) without creating an account, and you can pick a consultation time. After treatment, the clinic can invite you by email to set a password and sign in to your private space, where you see your timeline, upload progress photos, find documents the team has shared and leave a review. It works in Turkish, English and Arabic.
Before you travel
Start the free analysis online from anywhere. You answer a few questions, add photos and confirm your consent, and the clinic reviews everything as one package. If the team needs more information, you can reopen your assessment and add it. You can also choose a consultation time.
After treatment
- Your timeline: see your procedure and follow-up visits in one place.
- Your photos: upload progress photos when the clinic asks for them, so the team can follow your healing remotely.
- Your documents: find your consent form and aftercare guide shared by the team, and download them.
- Your review: leave a review when you are ready.
In three languages
The whole portal is available in Turkish, English and Arabic, including a right-to-left layout for Arabic.

Do I need an account to start?
No. The free assessment does not need an account. Your assessment is saved as a draft and you can continue it from the same browser. An account is only created if the clinic invites you to the portal after treatment.
How do I get portal access after treatment?
The clinic sends an invitation email with a secure link to set your password. After that you sign in with your email and password.
